It has been approximately 1month since I have experienced several
"powering down"...software nuttal errors. All I do is simply insert simple addresses and Magellan does not tell me "not found" or "insert additional information to complete your request". It just powers down and back on. This is unacceptable and I do not give a damn about the 3mos warranty they offer. Fix this shit or give me my damn money back. Period.
I have the maestro 4700 for 21 days and the first one i brought back after 15 days software went nuts then unti shut off and never came back on, Best Buy exchanged the unit and now after 5 days the software went nuts and I turned the unit off to possible reset it and the unit never came back on, that two units in 21 days that don't work, man what is up with that and magellan tech support, ask stupid questions like did you plug the unit on, is the car running, what kinda idiots do they have working there,
