Exterior Top
Exterior top is mad of one-piece, 22-gauge stainless steel with the front edge turned down to form a nosing and the rear edge turned down.
Exterior Bottom
The exterior bottom is made of one-piece of 14-gauge galvanized metal. Exterior ends are 22-gauge stainless steel.
The doors are made of 22-gauge stainless steel exterior with a thermoformed ABS plastic interior liner. The doors are fully insulated with environmentally friendly Kyoto Protocol, Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential), Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane foam to save on energy costs.
Electrical Connections
The electrical connections are 115 volt, 60 hertz, single phase. All units will have a 7' (2.1m) long electrical cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Cord and plug are located on the rear of the cabinet, 16" (41cm) above the floor, 12"(30cm) from the left side
Equipment is shipped with loose 6" (15cm) high metal legs with black enamel finish unless mounting is specified on original sales order.

Base Interior
Base interior shall be one-piece thermoformed ABS plastic material, with integral shelf supports. ABS interior is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Cabinet shall have (4) epoxycoated wire shelves installed. Base shall be fully insulated with high-density foamed-in-place environmentally friendly, Kyoto Protocol Compliant, Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential), Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane.
Refrigeration system
The refrigeration system uses only HFC-404A refrigerant. The compressor is 1/3 h.p., with condenser coil and hot gas condensate evaporator mounted on the rear of the cabinet. Evaporator coil shall be mounted on the interior rear wall of the cabinet. Temperature control shall be mounted to the exterior rear wall of the cabinet. Refrigerant flow is controlled by a capillary tube. Cabinet will maintain -5ËšF to 0ËšF (2ËšC to 4ËšC) interior cabinet temperature.
