Summary: A bit overwhelming for someone in her early 60's with arthritis and a knee replacement. Luckily, they do have low impact sessions but there is still a lot of bouncing and moves. I just have to be careful which routine I pick to use. In general, it's fun to do and good exercise. I like the convenience of working out at home rather than having to work my schedule around classes elsewhere.
Summary: Helped me sweat a lot. Though the calories burned summary at the end of the work-out seems to be inaccurate. Sometimes, I work out an hour and it says I've burned 700 calories, on other times, it says 150 calories only even if it is the same routine and I dance the same way. I just pretent not to see it. What's important to me is that I've seen the sweat and enjoyed my workout.
