Summary: Zumba Fitness, the entire line, offers a broad range of international dance styles as well as various different tunes, three minutes or longer. Personally, the demo for "Core" urged me into purchasing the disk, but when I saw "Rush", my initial choice of purchase, I had to get it and of course, it...
Summary: I've taken many Zumba classes & I realize this is based on Latin Dance but the song selection is very poor. Not many modern songs to choose from, so my workout gets old using this game. The game overall is good, there's even a break down mode to help with teaching the dance moves.
Summary: What a great workout! So much fun! I look forward to dancing every day. I really like all of the options of workouts (different lengths and different intensities). The music is invigorating and the graphics incredible.
Summary: This game gave me a butt kicking work out for the price of 1 class at the community school. Music is good. Wish there was a better stretching option, but I can do that on my own before starting. You definitely need a good bit of room to do the moves and make sure the Kinect reads you properly
Summary: I bought this about a year ago. I started using it recently and I love it. I've been dancing to this daily, drinking ONLY water (96 oz), not eating after 6pm and eating healthy for 2 weeks and I've already lost 11 pounds. I work out to this game for 1.5-2 hrs, 5 days a week.
Summary: I don't dance. At all. Well, I might do a sidestep, and even snap my fingers quietly if a song REALLY moves me. But coordination to pull off even basic moves? None. As I burn through the Kinect catalog, I'm running out of titles that get me up and moving.
Summary: A bit overwhelming for someone in her early 60's with arthritis and a knee replacement. Luckily, they do have low impact sessions but there is still a lot of bouncing and moves. I just have to be careful which routine I pick to use. In general, it's fun to do and good exercise.
