Summary: this game is completely repetitive. you kill zoids over and over. every time you think you are done more just come out. their always several levels stronger than you. you are always outnumbered. when I first bought it I thought it would be a great strategy game but as I played the story line(no online or muilty player), the game was disappointing. zoids that should be attacking you do not attack. some do not move and just wait for re enforcement and kill you in 2 turns.
This game is hard to beat or maybe I'm just not that good with Zoids.

Summary: I wish this game could start me off with better zoids. Having to work with two command wolves and two shield ligers and a dibisen is frustrating. You can't hold your ground in this game you'll be a sitting duck. It seem like this game is stuck on ultra hard god mode doesn't give you a chance to breathe. Since its a RST game it is fun to level up and customize but much of that doesn't really help you out when the game has you die so fast.
Summary: Alright, I didn't have high expectations for this game after reading the other reviews. However, after playing it for a while I didn't find it that bad. It's not a real-time strategy game like Starcraft or Halo Wars. It plays like a turn-based tabletop strategy game such as Heroclix. You move your Zoids on a grid, and each unit can only move a certain number of spaces on the grid, depending on which unit it is.
Summary: Zoids Assault is not the best strategy game i've played. There is some decent customization that can be done to the zoids and some of the levels make you work for the win. What can be improved is the zoids selection. For one, they don't let you choose which zoids you wanna play with, you have a set team and that's what you're stuck with. Another downside is that there is only a story mode, there is no skirmish or freeplay available.
Summary: Not what I expected from atlus games one of the most boring strat.rpg Ive played so far and ive been playing atlus games since the PS2 . I wouldnt recommend this game unless your an atlus fan who wants it for your collection. Get it if you can find one under $10 or youll be over paying...overall rating out of 10 i give it a 3 rating..
Summary: My 15 yr old son has collected Zoids forever. He got this game and finished it in the same day. Apparantley, it was so boring (too easy) that he took it to a store and sold it back within 3 days of receiving it.
