great for a fun workout.
2 February 2014
Summary: I bought this along with UFC trainer. This game is fun. you have many choices to pick from. The tracking if pretty great. The trainer will tell you to move your hands, arms, leg up or down if your out of sync. Honestly i find my self chewing the game out at times because of this alone. At times if your a "bigger" person like me the game wont be able to pick up some of the movements to well.
Summary: This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I was astounded by Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012. What makes it unique is that there's a calorie bar that shows the total calories you've burnt. You get to choose what muscle groups to work on. At the end of a workout, it shows how many calories you burned. There's a variety of activities. I like the fact that the fitness program supports floor exercises.
Summary: I want to lose weight and get in shape, of course. I really enjoyed this workout. No instructor to watch. Mastery of the games is what REALLY works you out. My body was really feeling it pretty quickly. I love it. Glad I bought it. No regrets at all. Even my 10 year-old son liked it. He started to play it too. Pretty cool disc. I already promoted it to my friends and family.
Summary: I owned this game until the cd broke . its great game which help you to get into shape. I really love the game which you punch boxes in a given time. really takes your sweat out. really love it.
Summary: Like the Kinect sensor itself I am blown away at how good this software is. This is not a game, thought it has achievements and some 'game' modes. When you first boot up Your Shape, it takes you through a simple procedure to establish you age, general fitness and what your goals are. The recommendations presented for me have proven to be ideal so far and I am enjoying my routine. After less than a month I am already feeling the benefits of my personalised program.
