Meets my Expectations (which granted weren't high)
6 November 2014
Summary: I am probably a mid level athlete -- somewhere between couch potato and personal trainer. Staying active is important to me, but not enough to commit to a structured regimen. And I've learned, if exercise isn't fun I simply won't do it.
Summary: I was astounded by Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012. What makes it unique is that there's a calorie bar that shows the total calories you've burnt. You get to choose what muscle groups to work on. At the end of a workout, it shows how many calories you burned. There's a variety of activities.
Summary: I have to admit i was a little skeptical about buying this game, but had to try it. My work out buddy and i have used this now for over a year and i have no complaints. Keeps track of me and my buddy, and even my cats when they jump in!
Summary: I am rating this strictly from a 'need to get in shape' individual. This game is very interactive and you can feel the burn after doing specific work outs. I would recommend this to anyone who is seriously interested in losing some pounds or for getting in shape.
Summary: We found this Kinect game to be an effective way of getting in shape without having to leave your house. There is a wide variety of exercises available, and there are also dance classes available such as Hip-Hop dance and Bollywood dance.
