WSC Real 11: World Snooker Championship

20 April 2011
  • Conclusion: Once you're in a match, WSC Real 11 can be played in two different ways using the standard controller. The first method involves setting power and spin for shots using sliders, and then pressing the A button to play the shot. This is a very simple way for newcomers to get used to picking the correct shots, especially when it's combined with the excellent aiming aid and positional aid.
  • Pros: Accurate ball and cue physics, Nice visuals which have improved over previous games, Varied online game modes, Rewind feature lets you correct mistakes.
  • Cons: Camera sometimes obscures your view of the table, Truly awful commentary, Tutorials don't explain the rules for newcomers.

WSC Real 11: World Snooker Championship

17 April 2011
  • Conclusion: WSC Real 11: World Snooker Championship is a superb recreation of ball potting and one that any fan can soak in and enjoy. It certainly looks a lot better than the last offering and has plenty to offer for new players and series veterans, while the 'Rewind' option is a superb addition too and helps remove some of the frustration that players may have had in the past – without ever feeling overpowering.
