It is pretty good.

  • Summary: I liked the battles, but the voice acting sucked, and was really annoying. The story line is fun but kind of repeating, but overall if you like this kind of game you will probley play this over and over until you unlock everybody, which is a tough and long lasting goal.

THE BEST GAME EVER!!!

Tyler Lipka , GameStop
31 October 2008
  • Summary: Warriors Orochi 2 is the best game ever even though it was easy to beat i still enjoyed it i mean Orochi as a character is the best, the storyline was good with all the characters uniting and defeating Orochi x. i have some advice for people who play this on chaos, GET UR CHARACTERS VERY HIGH LIKE 120. Because if u don't you'll die with 1 hit. Anyone who takes their time good work on every character that u have available for use. And in the end you'll beat the game.

100+ hours of gameplay

Darren, amazon.co.uk

  • Summary: I've had this game for about 2 years and I still haven't unlocked everything despite putting more than a hundred hours into the game. Lots of unlockable content, characters, customizable weapons and character abilities. A must have for hack n slash fans. The only downside to this game is its lack of storyline. Highly addictive!

Replay, replay, replay.

Luke, amazon.co.uk

  • Summary: With 80+ characters, 99 levels of progress each, and 50 levels of proficiency, you'll find yourself playing this game for a very long time. The story modes are interesting, and it's nice to see familiar characters meet. Game play is fun and addictive, and you'll always want to go back to carry on training your warriors. The supposed slow-down issues with this game are nowhere near as bad as people make out, not even in 2p. Recommended.

As good as it could be

Crestfallen, Play.com
17 May 2009
  • Conclusion: Considering the limitations of using the older DW character models and an apparently unrefined game engine, along with reworked levels, and that it's a budget game, the developers couldn't wring much more out of this title.

A Great Game

xGAMEMASTERx, Play.com
17 May 2009
  • Conclusion: This game is much better than any other Dynasty Warriors or Samurai Warriors and is a big improvement to Warriors Orochi 1. There is a much better storyline for Wu, Wei, Shu, Samurai and also a new storyline Orochi which shows Orochi on his conquest to conquer all and it also shows how he became Serpent King.

Solid game

John Robinson, amazon.co.uk
20 December 2008
  • Summary: Hi every1. I don't even own this game yet to know that it ROCKs. This review is to counter all of those namby IGN reviewers who only throw scorn at the Koei Warriors franchise. Well shame on them. Orochi Warriors 1 didn't even pretend to be based in reality, it just provided us with thousands of them helpless and unsuspecting enemy fodder to hack and slash up to oblivion.

What fun you can have....

Mr. I. Powell Morley, amazon.co.uk
29 October 2008
  • Summary: iv played all of the samurai warriors, and orochi games, and the warriors orochi games are just far better, the fighting style is a lot more fun and easier to play with, there are so many enemies you can kill and the commanders are actually more realistic (life bar wise) than in any of the other games...
