Summary: First off I wanna say I love MMA and I like the UFC. The good news: Great graphics, amazing depiction/style of UFC's roster. The bad news: Career mode sucks balls and worst of all the game controls are stiff, and sketchy at best. I am completely spoiled by EA Sports MMA which is the BEST MMA game for Xbox. Even Supremacy MMA has better controls than this. In the end if you haven't had good experience with previous UFC games this one is no different.
Summary: This game is most fun when playing with a friend, not as fun to play single player. The game takes forever to load and career mood is mostly charts and lists instead of actually playing the game.
Summary: Just playing against friends and the roster are really the only good parts of the game in my opinion. The new career mode is more confusing than in 2009. Seemed like they put in alot of stuff, but didn't pull it off very well. Title defense mode isn't that great because you keep damage from the previous fight and are fighting harder, fresh opponets. During online play there seems to be some lag, which means your offense and defense timing will be off. This sucks.
Summary: I have been waiting for this game since they announced the release last may,and was a BIG fan of ufc 09.They added some new modes that are fun like event mode where you play out an actual UFC event, which is pretty fun.Title defense mode is pretty fun if you are looking to kill some time or just want to be "undisputed champ".
Summary: The follow up for the excellent original title has been launched. Will the series fall into the usual sports annual release malaise of small, incremental changes being hyped up as being huge to justify a retail price? Fortunately, this is a new franchise (these seem to have little in common with the last gen UFC titles), so they have enough room to grow for a year or two. In this case, they've introduced a wealth of game modes.
Summary: This years is different as in; The new cut scenes, new fighters, new moves and the up against the cage fighting. Other than that its pretty much the same game. The career mode its self eeehhh...lets say they can do alot better. the graphis are nice for the game. but compared to EA's Fight NIght UFC doesnt come close to those graphics. Like the new added shirts they look stale and non moving almost like a cardboard box.
Summary: Pretty hard game to master (which i didn't do because i have a life). I trained hard in career mode and was way too strong for the contestant and then the champion comes and he is freaking hard to beat. I manager to beat him then left the game because it is repetitive. Learning new submissions is super hard. The intro, the Bruce Buffer intro, the Joe Rogan commentary are very good. The overall feel and look of the game is great.
Summary: I have had the game for a few days now and i have to admit i am quite enjoying it. I have only played a few exhibition matches and career mode, so bare in mind that in this review i am only stating towards career mode and the game might well be different in a different section of the game. The gameplay is good, but far too repetitive. You will probably find yourselve playing this game less and less as time passes due to that fact.
Summary: The game was fun for about a month. Definitely helps being a UFC fan in the first place as you'll kind of understand the position the fighters are in and the moves they use etc. Compared to the last UFC game on the 360, there are only a few minor differences including being able to use the cage and a few more transitions. That being said, if you liked the first one then you'll like this too.
