  • Summary: Not a gamer, but this is a good soccer title and has the basics down for someone like me to start before I get into more complex titles. The price is awesome for this title and it was perfect for my inexperience with this type of game.

the card trading system is amazing

Latin Kid, Amazon
2 November 2007
  • Summary: This game is not so different from the FIFA 07. However, the fact that it brings a new game mode like the card trading one makes it very interesting. I also ejoy the gameplay a lot more. The ball and the players move a lil' bit slower now. It makes it look more real. Great job EA sports!

  • Summary: Get this one without hesitating. Of course, Winning series is nice too. but UEFA would give diffrent kind of fun. Especialy Ultimate mode. You can exchange cards with other players. This is really thing!!!! Well, at first time you would have hard time to control in-game players, but when you get used to it, you'll be the Ronaldinho, Beckham, Rooney.

Very impressive. I've played all the soccer games.

  • Summary: I have played nearly every video soccer game since the 1980s and I have to say that honestly, this is the most enjoyable through and through that I have played. The graphics are stunning and the game is very smooth to play. Comparing it to other mainstays FIFA 07 and Winning Eleven, I have been frustrated with Winning Eleven in that I find it VERY unrealistic when it comes to human players shooting the ball at goal.

Are these reviews for real??? This is a terrible game.

  • Summary: I have no idea what the other people who rated this game 5 stars are playing, but it is not obviously Uefa Champions League 2006-2007. This game is absolutely one of the most frustrating experiences I have found in a soccer game. This game is another joke from the same bunch of halfwits at EA Canada who brought you FIFA 07. Lead producer Ken Sayler and his whole team should be fired for ruining the FIFA series. First, the basics.

EA's best yet

R. Seepersaud, Amazon
18 May 2007
  • Summary: I've been playing FIFA since 1996 and this is the best one yet, amazing graphics and gameplay that is a real as real can get. On my HDTV, it looks better than an actual game. At first, I had to get used to the slower than usual gameplay but mirrors watching a true to life game. Controls are touch sensitive and the players ratings and abilites have never been more accurately represented.

Where champions are born

  • Summary: Still coming down off the hype of the 2006 World Cup and excellent play of the Premier League UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE gives me another boost. Excellent graphics and excellent gameplay. The opening cinematics make sure you know what your getting your self into. The most competive sport in the world and against the greatest teams in europe. I absolutly love it. Not as in depth as EA's Fifa series but soon to catch up.
