Summary: It's been a while since I bought this but from the beginning it barely worked. I bought it used and it came in the original box which looked like it had been run through the wash. When using the drawing tablet, the cursor would jump around and would not read where the pen was correctly. Tried cleaning it which was difficult enough but it didn't even help at all.
tablet worked fine with Xbox menu but not with the Instant artist game it comes with

Summary: I purchased this just so kids could have one with the Xbox as we already have one for the Wii and they like it. I got the tablet for the Xbox to sync just fine (not sure why it seems many are having issues. The instructions were pretty clear). Tablet navigated through the Xbox just fine. All buttons worked. However, once we put the Instant Artist game it comes with when it says PRESS A TO START...the tablet does nothing. We can't get passed the start up screen.
Summary: Like other reviewers have said, it will not connect to the Xbox regardless of the order or combination of connect buttons pressed on either the uDraw tablet or the Xbox console . They appear to have a high DOA rate or an incompatibility with particular Xbox models. Mine is a Star Wars edition Xbox.
Why you should not use this if someone gives it to you

Summary: Just FYI, this tablet is currently being sold at Best Buy for 6 dollars. You might ask, "Why? Why would someone sell such a tablet for a mere 6 dollars?" I asked the same thing when it was only 8 dollars quite recently. I will tell you why. The tablet starts with familiar controller buttons. There's nothing odd there. It surprisingly doesn't fell all that cheap. There is a corded pen, which isn't all surprising given the price. Look, it's not wacom.
Summary: When this was announced I jumped on the train. I thoughtI was getting a great deal using my $30 "ZON" credit. Thought I stole it at 49 BUX. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. Very difficult to use with all the double tapping and other quirky controls. On the bright side one morning I woke up and decided I was not gonna waste 50 bux on this and knocked out 900 achievement points in less than an hour. So maybe it is worth the price it has dropped to now, but was a rip off at 79 bux.
