Summary: What a prodigious game. It keeps with the normal Sims formula and doesn't even change much from the predecessors, apart from the awesome Karma Powers which adds a whole new level of unpredictability to the game. Not only are the graphics not that bad, it's a unintentionally addictive game that brings out the worst in me; I can play it for hours and it brings out an almost dominatrix quality in me. "SHELLEY HAS TO GO TO THE SHOP!" That type of creepy thing.
Summary: I got this game for free with the 3DS and even THEN I feel ripped off. This is like the "I just wasted ten seconds of your life" video in game format. I regret opening the box, inserting the cartridge and starting the "Game" which is worse than Sims1 without any expansions. I'm willing to bet absolutely ZERO dollars were put into this game and they just recycled graphics from The Sims 2.
Summary: This is just horrible! You can't control anything!! It's not like The Sims 2 on PS2, which was awesome! Or like The Sims 3 on PC, also awesome. It's ridiculous and pointless. There is no freedom. What's the point? It's so frustrating, and seriously makes no sense. This is going right back. Seriously disappointed. I hate it and am so angry I wasted my time and money.
Summary: Everything that was good in the PC version is completely gone I only played this for a day and got bored after an hour. You only play as one person, barely get to go anywhere, and everything seems to be slower than before.
Summary: This games sounds like an awesome game at the idea, but the poor story lack of logic and poor gameplay is a killer. It starts off with an unavoidable cutscene that takes a lot of time to get past, it is unreasonably dark in every corner of the game, and apparently the main character can shoot two guns at the same time without an obvious weakened aim(same as with 1 gun, except you can't aim down the sights, which is really useless.
Summary: This game was not as good as its counter part that is on the PC, but its a good substitute for those who play Xbox. I really like The Sims, but the problem with this game is that it has its limits. The game also has control problems and there are no mods for the Xbox which is why most play it on PC. The graphics are the same as always, the music is also the same as it has been for years.
Summary: I enjoyed sims games when they first came out and I picked this game up for cheap enough. I was just pretty disappointed. The camera viewpoints are terrible even though you can pan them around, the controls are clunky and the graphics are terrible. I got it around launch so I put 14 hours into it while I was waiting for other game releases but I haven't had the urge to play it since.
