Summary: Amazing Game but not worth the Price.... the reason the price is so large is because of the online features...the graphics are "slightly different" all gameplay still the same but in general Amazing Game!
Summary: this game is very average. if I could I would give the graohics a -1!!!! or at least a 0. the sound is average, the ganeplay is good but overall there isn't much to say about the game. good or bad.
Summary: I have been playing the Tony Hawk games since THPS 1 and loved it all the way up to THUG... But after the release of THUG they're just going downhill. I rented THUG 2 for the xbox and i felt like i was a clown with all the crazy, impossible stunts i was doing. I got American Wasteland because it was only 18 bucks and i thought it would be more fun on the 360.
Conclusion: If you are looking for a game for easy gamerpoints... i managed to 100% in this in about 6-8 hours... all in one day... its not a good game for longevity but its easy to pick up and use... everything is simple and one easy way of getting 1000 gamerpoints!
Summary: Tony Hawk's skateboarding games are by now a classic style of gameplay. The XBox 360 should have kicked up the graphics to a new level. It didn't quite make it. The game really annoyed me right from the start. You're a country yokel heading off to the bright lights and big city of Los Angeles. Apparently according to this game, LA is the one dream destination of every skater. You get to choose your character from all the "stereotype races" - i.e.
Summary: This is probably my all time favorite Skateboarding game. Graphics are not the best but I just love the adrenaline rush you get from playing this game. No loading screens for a game this old is impressive, and its a shame that most other games don't follow suit. There were a few nearly impossible tricks with some of the missions, but they can be overcome if you have the patience.
Conclusion: Summary: Gameplay - 6/10 - fun skateboarding goodness Story - 7/10 - cool, but kinda short Graphics - 4/10 - not great Soundtrack - 6/10 - not bad Multiplayer - 4/10 - there is better multiplayer games
Excerpt: Tony Hawk American Wasteland is a skating game for the Microsoft Xbox 360 games console. In this game you play as a skater who goes to the paradise of los Angeles where you will find a crew of people and become friends with them. This is the first Tony hawk game where you can find an ride a BMX bike, it controls differently from your skateboard but not that much so you will be able to get used to it pretty quickly.
Excerpt: "Tony Hawk. The name that lends it's self to one of the greatest game series there ever was. Especially when they introduced the Manual. (Kind of like a wheelie, but on a skateboard) So when I found out there was a 7th Tony Hawk, I was ecstatic. My parents were wonderful enough to buy me this game for my Birthday. I was so happy. I fired it straight in to my 360 and set about playing it. Unfortunately, First impressions are everything. This ...
Pros: Usual tony hawk gameplay .
Cons: Worst tony hawk game there is . Same game cheaper on 360 .
