Summary: i paid $8 for my copy at Game Stop. They are asking WAY TOO MUCH for a game that is as old as this one. Go to game stop people. Especially with all of the glitches Tomb Raider games have, you shouldn't pay more than they're worth.
Summary: Xbox Version of Legend, works fairly well --particularly, on the 'Easy' setting. The 'Medium' & 'Hard' settings bring out some of the bugs which apparently are held in the background for the easiest level. The motorcycle chases are particularly fun. Enemies appear, along the route, and Lara must dispatch them without losing too much time.
Summary: I last played Tomb Raider (the original) on the PC, so after not seeing the game in over 10 years, this is a quantum leap for me. This sports really great graphics -- the immense levels (caves, caverns, etc.) are endless and really give you a sense of grandness. The detail is amazing, and the locations are beautiful.
Conclusion: Hmmm, was counting down the days till this got released. Then when it eventually did, the game didn't let me down on the visuals, WOW. But that's where it ends, the puzzles are far too easy and the whole game was complete within 48 hours! Remember when you used to spend hours trying to figure out a puzzle, or days trying to make that ONE jump to a ledge, well keep remembering cause this game has none of these! Visuals are excellent, but the game is far too easy.
Good and very fun, but why can't Tomb Raider rock like I know it could?

Summary: I am a huge Tomb Raider fan. I was hooked by the first game, and enjoyed the next few titles. However, with every game on PS and then PS2 this series has been going down the tubes to the ultimate bottom in "The Angel of Darkness." This game (I got the Xbox 360 version) is definitely a step in the right direction. It reminds me of the fun I had with the first game.
Summary: The short and sweet of it: Great graphics, very nice looking, but too short. The mini games are silly, the motorcycle also silly. What could have been an awesome game feels under developed and misguided. If you are more than a casual gamer, rent this one, you'll beat it in several hours. I really wanted to like this one, what a shame...
Summary: A long standing fan of the Tomb Raider series, Tomb Raider: Legend – the latest installment to date – was a moderately enjoyable, and short, experience. The color and the frame rate on this game are amazing, and the big world environments cannot be done justice on other systems as it was on the 360. As to be expected, Tomb Raider: Legend, like its predecessors, had big puzzles with big cut scenes to follow.
Summary: Having played the original Tomb Raider when I was about 9 and loving it (but hating almost all the rest) I was very excited when I purchased this game. I missed the old Lara and the tombs...after all it is TOMB raider so why in "Angle of Darkness" etc. was there not a single TOMB??? This game lived up to my expectations....except for a few things: 1. The combat is not fun, it does not feel real at all and you fight more humans than you do anything else.
