Not quite as good as the originals, but the story does have you pretty interested

Summary: While the actual abilities, tools, and so forth are not quite as good as Pandora Tomorrow or similar Splinter Cell games, I do like the story in this one, and being given the freedom to choose from a plethora of mini-missions makes it a bit of a challenge. There are many nerve-wracking moments and close calls which is what I love about this game.
Summary: this game is by far the best 3rd person shooter I've played.(i haven't played many) i got this a little bit after blacklist came out to know the story and i am obsessed with it. i could play the campaign for days. their is just some parts that are kinda hard and really stupid. you have to go to the exact same map FOUR TIMES and it is all the same and it has a timer for 25 minutes that you cant speed up. a bad feature is the "trust system" is really hard.
Summary: First of all, before I truly start this review in earnest, I would like to point out what is- to me, obvious. Splinter Cell: Blacklist is a beautiful game in many ways, graphics being one of those methods. Conviction was a gorgeous game in its own right, but that was 2010, and this is three years later, with much more advanced lighting and ambient creativity and advancements. Therefore, it is only right that Blacklist is worlds better looking than its predecessor.
I just could not get into this one - original Xbox version much better

Summary: In preparation for the new wave of consoles, I'm playing through all my old 360 games I bought for less than $20 and this was at the bottom of the pile. I played the original Xbox game with the same name back in the day (2006?), and liked that almost as much as the best in the series, Chaos Theory. However, this 360 version of the game is really a huge disappointment.
Summary: Let me get this straight right now. DO NOT LISTEN TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO KEEP SAYING THAT "THIS ISN'T A SPLANTER CIEL GAIM THERZ NO STELTH" BECAUSE THEY ARE WRONG. I just finished the first mission of this game and it is really really enjoyable. The maps are fairly big to go around and explore through. What I did notice is that there is technically a "Sound meter" like something Chaos Theory.
Summary: This is an abomination. Avoid like the plague. All the fun of an intense migraine, which is exactly what I am suffering after several hours getting nowhere. Launches "trial and error" gameplay into the stratosphere like never before. Planning, preparation, strategy, tactics, and skill do *not* apply. Controls are gimped. Game constantly blindsides you and even out right cheats. Absolutely **ZERO** enjoyment factor to be had.
