HUGE FAILURE for this edition

Summary: The game itself is good. There are some well-known problems with this edition (although I didn't know them until I encountered and googled them). 1. There is no real COMIC BOOK. You might probably be surprised because it was illustrated right below the other graph book on the case. In fact a lot of people were surprised, so don't feel bad about yourself. If you google it, you will see people telling you the comic book is contained in the USB. 2.
Summary: This game was purchased for my husband and reviewed by him. As a big splinter cell fan, I was excited to see the new one coming out. Dispite all the bugs we purchased the game right away. So far, no freezing. But overall the game has been a HUGE disappointment! It's as if in an attempt to simplify the actions they have made too many things work off the same button and you constantly have to watch what you are doing before you press anything.
Summary: Splinter Cell has been my favorite game series since it first arrived on the scene. The stealth action and gadgets not to mention it's emphasis on avoidance and evasion game play made it unique. Sadly all that made Splinter Cell stand out is gone and it's been turned into a hybrid rip off of Gears of Wars and Call of Duty.
Summary: What the title points to is there was so much that could have been done with this edition of Splinter Cell and it wasn`t,(I recently played through Blacklist 5* all the way,That is what a Splinter Cell is about!)And even if i played this on release i would have been just as frustrated/bored. Eg: A.I=Awful, Graphics=Pretty Poor, Game Play=Easy,Too easy,Very Repetitive,!In fact i couldn`t wait for this to be over. 2*=Starts Great and a Great Story line. Shame!?!?
Summary: First I should point out that the SERVICE FROM THE SELLER WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE; the product arrived within the specified time period. No problems here. MY REVIEW IN A NUTSHELL: Gameplay is incredibly simplistic and is often extremely frustrating. It's designed for you to shoot people, and stealth is just a lazy afterthought.
Summary: The game is good, i havent played much, but it seems very enjoyable. The only major problem is that there is no sound outside of the cut scenes and loading times. I have tried testing and playing on both sound options, yet it still wont work..
Summary: This game has good graphics, But let down by some poor levels. In particular one where you wear special classes to get through lazer detection beams. The is no depth to the beams appearing almost 2 dimensional could not of been play tested very well before finished product. Pretty package but poor contents.
When you die, you have to watch lots of repetitive irrelevant video!

Summary: Good enough game but the must watch video sequences are annoying to say the least. When you get killed you are sent back a ridiculously long way. I'd play it again but only when I have a lot of time to waste and there was nothing on TV.
Summary: Anyone who enjoyed previous Splinter Cells should probably avoid this. It's a very lush production, with good visuals and sound, but it has virtually nothing in common with the previous games in the series. It's a fairly competent shooter, but not excellent - most of the game can be passed by exploiting bottlenecks in the linear levels, mowing the baddies down one by one from doorways.
