Summary: This installment was definitely not a let down. I've played rainbow six in the past and this one really lived up to the hype. It takes a lot of focus and skill to complete this game on the hardest difficulty, and with the checkpoints spaced pretty far apart you have to be careful. Overall an awesome game.
Summary: This game really has everything you might want in an FPS. Great graphics, gameplay, difficulty, and is quite realistic. Not your typical 'spray n pray' game, but takes skill, quick aim, and a quicker (but controlled) trigger finger. Has a great plot, great graphics engine, and does a really good job utilizing cover. The 3rd person when using cover gets a little odd sometimes, but overall enhances rather than detracts from the game.
Summary: This game is awesome, even compared to the more modern games coming out today. Even though the graphics are outdated, the combat is smooth, and the game has the common "Tom Clancy" shooter combat mechanics. The player commands a squad of three throughout most of the game, and can take cover against almost any object in the game. If you have played any of the Splinter Cell games, you will recognize the ability to peak/ stretch around cover to shoot.
