Summary: This game is terrible yet revolutionary. I like how you control a squad through out but your A I controlled teammates; suck they keep on going down so you have to revive them or tell your other teammate to revive them and then they go down. Plus they act like that they have no clue how to use a gun. A positive feature of this game though is you can take cover behind objects. Overall, this game sucks, but has unique features that makes it stand alone.
Summary: This game, Rainbow six vegas, was one of the hardest shooters I have ever played. It is hard because it would take at least two shots to kill you. When enemies are around, you would have to take cover immedietly if they see you. You would have to kill enemies quickly if they don't know you are around. The violence isn't that realistic because when you shoot a guy, a little bit of blood would splat on the wall.
Summary: I am in excess of 50 years old and I don't cut and paste the equivalent of some other review and pretend to be clever by calling it my own. Because of my age I probably view games differently than most. I don't get wet-pants excited like many younger people do and immediately think the next thing is automatically wonderful; however, I believe I evaluate fairly. Having said this, I admit I tend to be biased by graphics similar to those used in GEARS OF WAR.
Summary: If you are an old school gamer, which doesnt mind games which lack FPS and don't mind not having the aspect of CoD or games alike, then this game will suit your needs, but like me, and other lads my age, CoD is where it's at.
Summary: Rainbow Six: Vegas is a great tactical shooter which brings tactical thinking into the game. The campaign sees you fight in an elite military team working together to prevent a terrorist siege in a las vegas. You work against the clock to complete objectives to ensure the safety of the city. The graphics of the game are nothing special which does let the game down, however the gameplay makes up for this and then some.
Summary: My main problem with this game is that it is so difficult to see where the enemies are. The bright lights of Vegas only exacerbate things. Soon there is gunfire coming from all angle and its nearly impossible to tell where from until its too late. Less strategy than previous Rainbow six, this is more like Call Of Duty, only not as good. Recommended for serious gamers only, otherwise go for Call Of Duty 4.
