Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 Review
11 March 2010
Conclusion: For the most part, the multiplayer from the first GRAW has remained largely the same, with a few exceptions. Graphic whores will surely be unhappy to hear that the multiplayer offering doesn’t look as good as the single-player campaign, although there have been some visual improvements here and there (particularly the lighting).
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2 review (X360)
5 November 2008
Excerpt: You finally accept that you're safe. You switch off. Thoughts of caution are pushed to the back of your mind and you think about the next trial, the next slice of war. You're wrong to do so. There's not going to be a happy ending.
Excerpt: Its shorter, easier and plays very similar to last years outing. GRAW 2 arrives to offer up an experience that is very similar to last years outing, albeit offering a number of enhancements and changes to produce a game that plays better than the original. While it does offer up much of the same gameplay as last years outing, it does so without the number of niggling and unforgiving gameplay problems that caused many to curse and complain about last years often...
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 Review (360)

Excerpt: Pretty Advanced Warfighting To tell you the truth, I’ve never played a previous Ghost Recon game. GRAW 1 on the 360 got some good scores, but it didn’t spark my interest at that time, and all the previous games were released back in the days when I wasn’t really into gaming. However, I was quite impressed with GRAW 2, though I did manage to find some faults. Starting with gameplay, I thought it was very good in that department.
Pros: Reasonable graphics, Good gameplay, Great sound, Excellent online
Cons: Horrible voice acting, Pretty easy single player
Conclusion: Despite acknowledging the dearth of multiplayer content, this is primarily a single player review. And the simple fact is, GRAW2 is more of the same wrapped up in a coating of graphical improvements, tweaked functionality and new items and abilities. GRAW2 gives generously with one hand and abruptly takes away with the other. It’s a fun and solid experience, but fundamentally is more of the same – and only a little bit more at that.
Test: Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 (GRAW2)
6 March 2013
