Summary: I bought this game after watching the masters. I know, it is a little sad to be sucked in by the media machine, but what can you do? Anyway, the game is great so far. I have played several of the historical challenges and a few games in my career and overall it is a great game. For those who are saying the controls are bad I would disagree. They certainly don't let you have perfect swings every time like previous gens (2012) but it is actually more realistic.
Summary: Love this installation of TW. Obviously they're talking about a reboot for the next in the series, but this one is entertaining and very playable. Didn't love that it comes with so few courses, buying the extras is another $50 and its missing some that players have become familiar with (i.e. Bethpage Black, and a couple others I can't remember). They've removed the option to purchase courses with coins for limited plays too, which is awful.
Summary: After playing my brother's copy of TW's PGA Tour '14, I decided to pick up a copy for myself. I ended up with the Masters Edition because it was very comparable in price (if not cheaper) than the regular edition of the game. As far as the Masters Edition is concerned, I like it just as well as the standard edition.
Summary: It's a good game. There are plenty of clubs, drivers, outfits, etc. to earn but I wish that I had purchased it from Wal-Mart and saved almost $18.00. Also, I would have given this game a 9 but EA Sports (imo) over-charged for the additional downloadable courses. $39.99 for 14 downloadable courses is way too much. $19.99 would have been more reasonable EA Sports! They should make a section where you can create your own course and share/play it with friends.
Summary: Like the game, tired of having to buy my way to the top with ALL EA Games. Cannot compete with those folks who can throw REAL hard earned money at buying virtual products and advantages. Looses any chance of leveling the playing field when someone can just buy their way to the top.
