Very Very poor game
12 August 2013
Summary: This game blows the putting is so bad no effort was put in to the making of this game and most of the tiger woods game are pretty bad this is one of the worst don't waste your money i spent ten dollars and pay way to much
Summary: Not sure why but they added the caddy tip that has to be disabled on every hole and the entire gameplay has changed. As a gamer that has gotten used to controls for certain games like this I don't understand why EA Sports would change it. If it ain't broke don't fix it. This game completely ruined my excitement of finally getting to play Augusta National.
Overall I am extremely disappointed with this once great game.

Summary: I am a pro at this game so the caddie just gets in my way. When i hit the B button I want it to zoom down the hole so I can set up my shot like before. Now it just zooms right to where the ball is going to land. and the putting? come on, Leave it the way it was, I like the math aspect, up a putter and take some off, you have to figure the percent using the undulation. Overall I am extremely disappointed with this once great game.
Summary: The lack of any usable meter to gauge swing power is bad. The putting interface is worse. I guess it's nice that they finally paid Augusta enough to use the course, but that doesn't make the game any more fun.
Expensive DLC required for career mode - I'll pass!

Summary: As noted by other reviewers, this game actually costs twice as much as you'd expect. The first $60 will go towards actually purchasing the game, and immediately when you enter career mode, you'll be reminded to pay up to purchase the additional courses throughout the season. Buying them all would push the purchase price over $100.
Summary: If you expect to get a full game for the $60.00 price, then you should pass on this game. EA has decided to pack this game with "micro-transactions". In past Tiger games, you would have options to purchase additional courses that were separate from the overall game. This was a nice option for some people that wanted to try out some new courses.
Summary: Online pass did not work, despite the fact that the online features have not yet been retired. Spent ages on the phone to EA and Xbox who were unable to sort it yet never got back to me with a definitive answer.

Summary: This game is ok for a five year old, but adults wanting to play online with friends and family its just no good. I have the 2010 and the 11 which both can be played online with up to four people so we assumed this would be the same, but unfortunately its not. Every day four of us play together and we were looking forward to playing the masters. Only two can play against each other which renders this game useless.
