This game rules.

  • Summary: This game is awesome. I highly recommend it to any RPG lover. There are something like six totally different endings to the main story depending on decisions you make, so there is a great value of replayability, and at the end of the first chapter, you need to make a major decision on which of two paths your going to take, which dictates which quests you will and will not do, and which places you will and will not visit for the rest of the game.

Great game.

  • Summary: Good storyline. Great character development. Can be very challenging at points. Branching skill trees. Different endings. Good graphics. Very good music. This is a treat of a game. My only complaint is with the occasional QTE as I've never liked them. Thankfully they are few and far between. Definitely not suitable for children, btw.

best rpg ever played

Kevin Graham "Kevin", Amazon
27 April 2013
  • Summary: Hi, This game is really beautiful and the coolest rpg world I have ever played. It is really a joy to explore. The combat can be pretty hard at first just experiment with the signs(spells) usually one will really help you in a situation. I am only in the second chapter so far. Probably about 14hrs in. Also about the sex and cussing. Yah there is some but it is not that shocking. Sex about pg-13 language light R.

Witcher 2 WINS!

R. J. Gutt "Tigercat", Amazon
20 April 2013
  • Summary: The Witcher 2 is an excellent fantasy role playing game. I loved it! The graphics are very good. The main character's skill profession training is interesting. He is mainly a swordsman, but he can throw daggers or bombs, uses toxic potions which he creates, can augment combat with select magic, (although he isn't and shouldn't be considered a mage,) and even set traps. Combat is both fun and challenging. The story is well told and captivating.

  • Summary: This is one of those rare games that comes out of no ware and turns the RPG world upside down. This game is comparable to skyrim. This is one of my all time favorite games. Definitely a keeper for your collection. They should make more games like this.CDProjekt has established itself as an elite game company.

Best Atmosphere in a Fantasy Game!

Poisoned Blade, Amazon
24 February 2013
  • Summary: The Witcher 2 isn't for everyone, but for a fairly large group of people, this could be one of their all time favorite RPG's. Atmosphere: BEST EVER AWARD! The atmosphere in the Witcher 2 is fantasy with monsters, dragons, magic, and kings, but it is deeply rooted in folklore. In fact, it is so deeply rooted, that it feels like it's a part of the old European Myths and Legends.
