Summary: This game is addicting and very fun to play, But i am dissapointed, Not with the game but with the shipper, Not only did it not come in 2 days when i used my 2 day shipping, the title stated a false platform. I purchased it for XBOX 360, and recieved it for Playstation 3. Not only did this upset me, but i was bummed for having to wait.
Summary: I went into gamestop excited to purchase this new game. I am an avid Sims player bought sims 3 for pc and loved it. Sims 3 for Xbox 360 was so fuggin awful its just like the computer with way worse gameplay and worse graphics. At leats in Sims 2 (great game) you could move around as your character and the graphics were slightly better I suggest buying sims 2 over sims 3 any day
Summary: I've been a hardcore "Sims" fanatic since the first games came out. The original Sims are a classic, the Sims 2 changed the game drastically, and the Sims 3 didn't add as much as the Sims 2 but was still good overall. The console version is a nightmare. It's like they took a step back in the development. So if you want to get the Sims 3, please buy the PC version; you will get more bang for your buck.
Summary: I have played every Sims game to date on the PC, and a few on consoles. I was very excited to see that The Sims 3 was finally coming to consoles that could handle all the smooth graphics and capacity of large homes and everything within the game in general. However, as soon as I turned on the game, I instantly noticed how glitchy and blocky my Sim was that I had been attempting to create.
Summary: i bought this game and i couldnt wait to play it, so after 3 hours of playing. i said 'enough" because this game gave me such a big headace because the people in sims are soo annoying, they are always hungry and sleepy etc. i bought this game for fun, NOT to babysit.
Summary: I was very disappointed in this item as the wrong disc was in the case it was not even a game but a film as this was for my Grandsons Christmas I was very annoyed. I gave one star just for sending it out and I did get a full refund Thanks.
Conclusion: my advice is if you are a sim fan stick to the pc game, as this game i feel takes away all the things i like about the sims 3 and that are supposed to be the new things, the fact you can have family dotted all round town in this game if you split up a family thats it gone for ever which is like going right back to sims!!!
Conclusion: I have had the game since Christmas and am on 'week 10' of it. As already mentioned in a previous review, there is a bug at the moment in the saving once you get really into the game. I have spent a lot of time on it and have built it up but i cannot go any further as i cannot save anything - it freezes and will do nothing. Therefore it is sat on the shelf awaiting EA to fix the problem which if you look on their forum, they still haven't done.
