Summary: I bought this game to play with my wife and we were having a great time, until we came back to it after a couple of days and found that we could not continue to save one of the characters info.
Summary: I purchased this game based on the co-op properties and excellent reviews so that my husband and I could play together. Now I am wondering WHO wrote those reviews? The WB Games or Snowblind staff, perhaps?
Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!! It has a large amount of glitches. If you are lucky enough to not be affected by one, then you will get to enjoy an average 3 star game. If on the other hand you encounter a bug, you are likely to be complete screwed and have to start over.

Summary: Having enjoyed the prior PS2-based games in this series, such as "Champions Of Norrath", my wife and I purchased War In The North for our XBox 360 with much anticipation. The graphics were great and the battle sequences were incredibly intense. But there were severe problems in saving game progress.
Summary: First off, let me be fair to the seller of the product. The game was as promised and on time. Unfortunately, the game itself was a complete disaster on both Xbox's in my household. We experienced all of the stuttering and inability to load a saved game that some are reporting here.
Summary: Wow... I can't even BEGIN to express how disappointed my husband and I are with this purchase. We both are HUGE lotr fans and honestly, I'm not such a fussy gamer that focuses on the graphics or weapon usage, etc, I mostly care about the storyline and so on.
Summary: Ok, so this review is going to be a bit... conflicting. I bought the game for myself and my father for Christmas - we live far apart and like to play coop games together. We kicked Portal 2's posterior and had a wonderful wonderful time.
Please don't waste your money, it is still unplayable.

Summary: My best advice to anyone buying this game is to not bother. After spending 60$ on a game that I was incredibly excited about two months ago, this pile of pooh is STILL unplayable...even after waiting for a month for the patch!
Summary: The game looked promising at first. I was playing local coop with a friend for several weeks. It wasn't long before all the bugs of the game were glarringly obvious. Messages would get stuck on the screen and somehow when we reloaded one day it said my partner was at a different point in the game...
Summary: I wouldn't wish this game on my worst enemy. Total garbage. No ability to save, it saves for you at random times. No documentation, so don't expect to be able to figure out how to move your equipment around without totally messing up your character. Same with the experience points.
