Favorite Console Game Ever!

Sprow , GameStop
20 February 2013
  • Summary: This was my favorite console game, it was my second and would be my last. The lasting appeal was great because it never gets boring, there is two campaigns, good and evil. Both campaigns have 8 missions each which can last from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. When you complete the campaigns you can play them again or you can go onto a Skirmish match. When you play in Skirmish you can choose from, I believe over 12 races and vs up to 3 other computer players.

Great game

  • Summary: What a great game! They adapted a computer game seamlessly to a console. I don't know how they managed but the controls are very easy and intuitive. Clearly not as much as a computer itself with all the keys and hot keys available, but very easy to use.

Great game wish servers weren't down

DaufPalm , GameStop

  • Summary: Always loved this game, very extensive. Much more complicated and detailed than I assumed it would be. Very well made. Maybe if a lot of people emailed EA they would bring the servers back online.

Best LOTR Game Ever!

Sher Lock "Jerro", Amazon
16 November 2012
  • Summary: Extremely fun, great battles from above that can be hard to synchronize successfully, with all sorts of special cool characters from the mythos of LOTR. Having Tom Bombadil alone makes this a blast. Great graphics, excellent replay value, more saved games would be nice, but I have two hard drives, so I'll just do one good side and one bad, that should be enough. I played it a couple of years back, but only the good side and never finished it.

SO FUN.

ArrrrRrrrrrrrrrb , GameStop
11 April 2012
  • Summary: I dont have this for xbox ive got it for pc and it is the best the only problem it has is the command limit witch only goes up to 1000 with each battalion taking up 60 or over (mumakil take up 100). it has goblins, isengard, mordor, men, elves, and dwarves. apparently the xbox version lags too. if you want fun buy this game(the graphics are awesome too).

Excellent game but servers are shut down

GiantHurricane , GameStop
22 March 2012
  • Summary: Anyone who gets this game should know that it is good but thanks to the people in EA studios who shut down the game you are no longer able to get some of the achievements on the game. if i am correct there are 15 achievements you cant get and some hero's you cant unlock either. in the game you can play as Humans, Dwarfs, Elves, Goblins, and Orcs.
