The Lord of the Rings: Conquest is a role-playing game published by EA Games and developed by Pandemic Studios, is made for PC, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS and PlayStation 3 consoles and has an ESRB: T rating. Set in “The Lord of the Rings” universe of J.R.R. Tolkien. Players will finally fight the entirety of these epic battles any way they want. The player can play as the heroic forces of good, as well as conquer Middle-earth while playing as the legions of Sauron’s evil army, including Cave-trolls, Oliphaunts, the Balrog and Sauron himself.

Features

The game features a brand new ‘Evil’ campaign where players battle through scenarios that take place after Frodo fails to destroy the One Ring. It features battlefront gameplay in a fantasy setting that allows players to choose the way they fight, as Warrior, Archer, Mage or Scout in melee and ranged combat. It also features an online multiplayer mode that has players pick their allegiance then battle in 16-player online clashes, or in 4-player co-op campaigns. Other features are local multiplayer— split-screen with up to 4 players competitively or 2 player co-op and a cast of characters and weapons: Heroes, Wargs, Ents, Oliphaunts, Cave-trolls, the Balrog, Nazgul, ballistae, and more. The game requires a DVD Rom Drive to play, DirectX 9.0c or 10, 6 GB free hard disk drive, Windows XP / Vista operating system, Intel Core2 DUO 2.4GHz or equivalent processor, 1 GB RAM and 256 MB, nVidia GeForce 7800 (Pixel Shader 3.0) video card.
