This fighting game looks so good.

Summary: The King of Fighters XIII is so fun to play and, in all honesty, freaking amazing to look at. The graphics and animations are so detailed and colorful that I would say this game is on par with Arc System Works Blazblue series in regards to animation and design. That's the pros though, the downsides are that the story mode... sucks... big time. The story is the same no matter which team you play as and is very, very repetitive.
Summary: This is a huge step up from the disappointingly 12th installment. Everything from the mechanics, presentation, and characters, it just fits very well and it feels like a finished product. I will say, however, this is not the best starting point for fighting game noobies; this is very much a hardcore fighting game. It does have a tutorial mode that tells you the basics, but it does give an in depth analysis on the more advanced mechanics.
Summary: Gave this game to a 10 year old (with the OK from the parent)... the boy loved it. I personally didn't play it... but he has told me that he loves it. My review is not really on the game, but as a gift for a young teen boy, I would highly recommend it.

Summary: Let me break my review into multiple parts so you can get to what you are looking for in a review: -Gameplay- 5/5 All I can say is ... PERFECTION!! The moves are solid and every character seems to be balanced. You can make a team out of anyone in the 30+ roster if you put in the hard work and minutes into getting the practice you need. The games is much different from any other fighting game out there.
Summary: pleasent graphics, it's colorful, the art is attractive, the characters are well designed and the sounds and music are awesome. I would have given this game a 5 if it had not been for the difficult controls due to the 360 controller and empty multiplayer.
Summary: this is a good game. i've never bought a KoF game before but i enjoy this game. Would preffer a better tutorial for newcomers but at least it has a tutorial other fighting games skip that part. The cutscenes should have voice instead of just text, i mean it has the sounds and all that but feels like an old game where voice hadn't been inputed yet. As for the case it would be nice if it had the moves from the characters on the booklet like street fighter.
