The King of Fighters XIII
Family Friendly Gaming
30 July 2013
Excerpt: The King of the Fighters made it to thirteen. This series of video games may be one of the least known fighting games out there. Hardcore gamers know The King of the Fighters for one thing - bouncing breasts. Definitely not something a franchise wants to be known for. I find it very odd that Atlus is the one who published The King of the Fighters XIII in the United States. They are not ones to shy away from ultra controversial franchises.
Excerpt: SNK has been turning out new iterations of King Of Fighters since 1994, and King Of Fighters XIII is a fan service for players with fond memories of buying matches with pockets full of quarters. While it’s sure to be embraced by hardcore fighting-game fans, anyone else will find it holds little appeal. After King Of Fighters XII took a break from any semblance of plot, the saga of Ash Crimson begins anew in KOF XIII ’s story-mode.
