Summary: I really wanted this game to be good, and it had good ideas in it, being able to customize your soldiers, being able to strategically come up with your tactics and stuff. But it just doesn't work on the Xbox, while on the battle scenes the graphics are poor. The atmosphere is gone, and it has turn based real time battles! which totally takes away from the idea of a turn based map, with real time battles, such as the total war series.
Summary: I bought this game with low expectations which I suggest people buying this game should do. The positive things that I liked about this game are the character and unit customization you can edit a whole battalions appearance, there armor, and there weapons that they use. I really liked the historical setting especially backed with the cinematics from the History Channels show on the 100 years war, and I felt that you could get tactical with this game like moving units to...
Summary: What a shame. The AI isn't creative and the graphics are glitchy. Scenarios are very few and multiplayer is problematic. I'd recommend to anyone looking at this title to stay clear of it. It's simply full of bugs and is more of a headache than anything else.
Summary: This game inticed me last spring when it was released: however, with no reviews on it by critics or users, I forgot about it until just recently when I noticed that it was half priced. Buying it new I took a chance thinking that a game claiming to have authentic armour, realistic battles, and a TBS mixed with RPG element would have redeeming qualities to enjoy. Besides, the Hundred Years War was the most interesting time period in Medieval warfare.
