Summary: If you like games that are 7 or 8 years old and are RPG, this is the game for you. Really, of what disappointed me was the graphics and the system itself. I guess I was spoiled by Skyrim that when I bought Oblivion, it just ruined it for me. So yeah...
Summary: I am a major fan on RPG's, but this one just did not cut it. I won't argue about the graphics because they were good for the time that this game came out. I didn't suffer from game glitches like most other negative reviewers seemed to have.
Summary: So, first of all, I am an avid Elder Scrolls fan and have enjoyed this game for the whole 5 years. There is only a few reasons I purchased this game in the first place. The main reason being the "$10 off coupon." I am sure everyone knows what a coupon is. Not Bethesda or whomevers idea this was.
Summary: Obviously I'm in the minority here, and I accept that. With that said, I thought this game was absolutely one of the worst I've ever played. I found this game to be a complete chore, every step of the way. I finally gave up after playing for about a week.
Summary: so, I went out and bought Oblivion a couple days ago. I thought to myself that if it was the game of the year and an RPG, my favorite game type, it must be great. Boy was I wrong. I found the only good things in this game to be the sound and the graphics. The graphics were really great.
Summary: Well, like many I purchased this game based on all the hype and reviews I read. To my dismay I believed them and purchased this game, fortunately a used copy so I was able to exchange for something better.
Summary: i'm a mature gameplayer who recently bought a dozen videogames and an xbox 360 just to see how the technology has evolved. compared to other games i've tried i found this game to be boring and in parts annoying, and after a few returns have not been able to finish it.
