Summary: Oblivion is the 4th installment to the Elder Scrolls Series, and in my opinion it is the worst. The gameplay is very confusing, it was hard to really stay playing the game, and the character features are down right ridiculous. Yeah I get that it was early back in the 2000's but still. The only positive thing about it is the sounds, the environment animation which is beautiful, and the class creation.
Summary: I purchased this as it is my favorite game of all time, however I had lost my Xbox 360 edition long ago. The disc came scratched like crazy and did not work at all. Also, the case was so cheap, upon trying to open the package, it ripped in half, sending plastic flying everywhere. Great game, horrible selling.
Summary: this game i thought was alot of fun till i realized u can tweak the difficulty settings during gameplay to cheat. pretty bad, and u can almost fast travel anywhere. which is kinda blah , and hearin people talk is boring as watching one of your worst feared tv shows. i liked skyrim, but this game really let me down. dont waste ur money.
Summary: I heard great things about this game and was excited to play. It's completely open world and you can do whatever you'd like in the game. However I found it to be frustrating, boring and not pretty to look at.
Summary: This game is boring, horrible, tedious, slow, terrible terrible terrible. A waste of my time and money I don't know if people who are giving this amazing reviews even know what an Rpg is its so horrible I regret ever picking up the case. It's like an extra dumbed version of world of warcraft its just plain bad.
Summary: I don't see how everyone keeps saying this game was amazing. It's like the God of War series its a piece of mindless garbage. The combat system is a total joke feels like some idiot rpg on the dream cast from 1998 and all the ai sound and look alike. It's a waste of time getting npc's to like you because it doesn't give anything back unless its a shop vendor.
Summary: I'm giving this a single star just so people will find this review and make note of the fact that this is the Platinum Hits Edition, not the Game of the Year Edition the product description implies. There are no expansion packs included with the version. No Shivering Isles, no Knights of the Nine. The game is still the great Oblivion, but it is just Oblivion. This applies to the Xbox 360 version only, I don't know what's included with the PC version.
Summary: I really wanted to get into the series, and have something to spend my time playing and not beat in two days; but this is just horrible. The graphics are way less than I expected or remembered, as I had a friend show me the game a year or two ago and I thought it looked amazing. I understand it's a seemingly older game, but this just isn't appealing anymore. It bored me to death, and I kept thinking "I hate this, I want to take it back.
