Conclusion: Tetris Evolution is a classic example of a game that could have been better served on Xbox Live Arcade. When you sit back and look at the Lumines package compared to this one, there’s really no reason to shell out the extra cash unless you’re a diehard Tetris fanatic. And we do mean diehard. The gameplay is essentially the same as it has ever been, but instead of having only one game mode, there are a bunch of variants for you to meddle with.

Conclusion: It's selling at around $30 new at this point which I still think is a bit high for a 4 year old game. But you can usually find it cheaper if you look around. There is a lot there for any level of Tetris player.

Summary: Tetris Evolution will allow players to take advantage of Xbox 360's high-definition capabilities with intense graphics that make the Tetriminos appear to pop off the screen and more than a dozen high-definition background videos. The game will also feature customizable themes, skins, icons and soundtracks to create a personalized gaming experience.
