Do not buy if you thoroughly enjoyed TDU 1, you will be disappointed.

Summary: Now, I will start off by saying that I will be comparing this game, Test Drive Unlimited Two, to its predecessor: Test Drive Unlimited. Warning! If you enjoyed the first game, you will not enjoy this one nearly as much!
Summary: I really enjoyed the first TDU and so I've been waiting for TDU2 for quite awhile. When the release was postponed in the fall of 2010 for 6 months I figured that was okay and just waited it out.
Summary: I Played TDU1 extensively and really enjoyed it. So much so that I pre-ordered the second version and could hardly wait for it to arrive. But unfortunately the second hasn't lived up to the legacy of the first.
Summary: I really wanted love this game because the original was one of my favorite racing games. However, this one left me very disappointed. The graphics were bad by comparison to today's standards. The driving mechanics are also quite poor.
Summary: The game has a solid foundation but is riddled with bugs at this point; my son has actually gone back to TDU1 rather than play TDU2. Hopefully promised patches will salvage what was a highly anticipated release.
