Summary: A great throwback to the days when SSX was about goofy characters sliding down a mountain. Stupid mechanics from On Tour and the monstrosity released on Wii have been removed. New mechanics (e.g. ice axes, rewinding, death) add fun elements to the game without distracting from the simple joy of doing insane tricks in beautiful settings. The game does look amazing. I must caution buyers to the excessive dubstep.
Summary: Feels just like the old SSX games. The controls take a little while to get used to, but the maps are great and the single player is a lot of fun. The one downside is that there is NO SPLIT-SCREEN, just online multplayer. Great if you live alone, not so great if other people want to play with you. Item arrived quickly and as advertised.
Summary: fun game,i loved a game on old xbox called shaun palmers snowboarding,so i weigh all games against that like this its not even close to as good but it is fun and not too bad, price being so cheap makes it well worth it
Summary: My family and I have loved SSX since Tricky on the GameCube. We love the tricks, the scoring, the characters, everything. And this game has all of that. Same people, similar tricks, same game system. Some new stuff (like the dangerous peaks) but very similar. And we love that. But why no multiplayer? Seriously. Even two player split screen would have been amazing. Why can't we race? 5 stars easy if this was fixed.
