$379? Seriously?

  • Summary: This game is pretty alright but nothing special. You must be on crack if you think someone is going to pay almost $400 for this. It's not even worth the original $60. This is one of those games you pick up used for around $25. you can buy 2 xboxes for that money and this game comes free with some of the bundle packs.

Depressingly Average

  • Summary: A very good story driven game. But the wonky controls, annoying overused close combat sequences, some times horrid camera angles, and enemies always repeating sentences and attacks. Drains the fun out of this game quite a bit. Sometimes it feels like a pathetic cop out of Batman Arkham Asylum. The game just doesn't compete with other Spider-man games like Web Of Shadows. Overall its still Spider-man And I still enjoyed it somewhat...

  • Summary: Bought for my 10yr old son. He likes the game but it doesn't hold his attention as well as some of his other games. He has played it daily since he got it, but in shorter intervals.

Spiderman shattered dimensions

  • Excerpt: Think hard about it, AbleGamers, I wish I would have. This review picks up where I had to put down my controller due to visual inaccessibility a little more than halfway through the game. The 4 dimensions Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions are as follows with a brief description of each. • Ultimate Dimension - This is the dimension inhabited by the black-suited, symbiot-driven spidey. A visually unobtrusive dimension.

Spider-man, Spider-man. Doesn't always do what a spider can...

  • Summary: Spider-man Shattered Diamentions took me a little bit by surprise gameplay-wise. After nearly ten years of video-games with open world environments, Activision and Treyarch decided to make this game very liniar and level based. Although this is no big issue it just doesn't quite make you feel like you are Spider-man when you play the game. It's also very short (15 levels and that's counting ALL the characters) and the level structures are rather repetitive.

"Spider-Men, Spider-Men, do whatever a bunch of Spider-Men can..."

SpiderJam..., Ciao
26 March 2012
  • Excerpt: After a run of free-roaming Spider-Man games ( Spider-Man 2 & 3, Ultimate Spider-Man ), Activision have returned to the more linear style of storytelling for Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions , which takes places in the standard Marvel Universe, with plot duties handled by current Spider-Man comic author, Dan Slott, ensuring plenty of nods towards recent storylines in the books.
  • Pros: Variation in characters and level environments, Lots of challenges to unlock and bonus costumes
  • Cons: Hard challenges frustrate
