Summary: When I first heard about this game's release I thought it would be cool to have but I never set out to buy it. So the otherday when I saw the whole buy two get one free I picked out Soul Calibur IV, Enemy territory quake wars and Shattered Dimensions. I was alittle surprised I picked out a Spider-man title since I never really liked them. For the life of me I could not remember why I strongly disliked (h8) the spider-man games.
Summary: Controls are terrible, Camera Issues, Repetition is a serious problem. Looks Good and Sounds decent. Please do better with the next Spiderman game. Don't rush it for Marvels sake! Web of Shadows has much better gameplay.
Summary: Spiderman: Shattered Dimensions is not what it could be. This game was so obviously rushed it isn't even funny. First of all, the wall crawling. Most of the time I couldn't even control which direction I was going. I would be moving forward, and suddenly I would completely change direction for no apparent reason. Frustrating! Secondly, the combat mechanics. Let's face it, this game is nowhere near as smooth as Arkham Asylum.
Four games in one! Wait, no it isn't - one game in one!

Summary: Much fanfare was made of the fact that you can play as four different Spider-Mans with their own gameplay, but the reality is far, far removed from the fantasy. This is a stale, boring button-mashing combat-oriented game. You play as Spider-Man, but you might not actually realise that until you get pretty far into the game because there's no real webslinging (except for one level where it really works) and you can play pretty much the whole game without even realising...
