Reviews and Problems with Spider-Man: Friend or Foe

Conclusion: THE VERDICT: SpiderFoF is deserving of everything bad those many previews wrote about it. It's lazy, boring and not as cool as it seems to think. It's sure to be a big hit as a Christmas present for all you little tykes out there, so just be glad that it doesn't last too long so you don't have to fake liking it for an age.
Excerpt: Not so long ago, Marvel Ultimate Alliance was released putting a new spin on the Marvel Universe. Bringing together all the Marvel characters in what turned out to be a decent game at the time. Spider-Man Friend or Foe seemingly tries to mimic the success of that game, bringing Spider-Man and all his foes together under the same banner to save the world, only they do a miserable job.
Excerpt: Name: Spiderman: Friend or Foe Genre: Action Adventure System: Xbox 360, DS, Wii, PS2, PSP Disclaimer: if you are a young child, or have a young child, then this game would probably suit you very well. However, for the purposes of this review, I’m going to go ahead and assume that you are over the age of 10 and don’t normally play children’s games.
Summary: Unfortunately, this title continues to perpetuate the concept of how little thought can be put in the co-op genre to just meet a shipping deadline to make a quick buck. With all the potential that this storyline had, and all the amazing characters it included, I have to admit the execution leaves a whole lot to be desired.
I would say don't bother buying this. In fact, don't even rent it.
