Disc issues seem to be known to Activision, yet they haven't resolved the issue!

Summary: My son loved this for the one day that it worked. Now it says disc is unreadable and the game will not work. I have tried to file a warranty claim with Activision but when I enter the model number it says it is not recognized.
Summary: This Review is for the Seller, not the game. So all this time we thought that the reason this game didn't work was that our XBOX was too old. We didn't have the money until now to upgrade it. And guess what, the game does not work, even in the new XBOX. So basically I got ripped off.
Summary: We bought this Swap Force pack for our grandson. It's been a few months since buying it since we were saving it for him. We just now tried to plug it in and it doesn't work. We've done all the troubleshooting involved and it still doesn't work. What a waste of $35.
Summary: I bought this for my 7 year old brothers birthday, he loved it beyond words, he had been wanting it for months. But alas, his joy stopped when we were greeted with the error for a scratched disc, after this we had to go to the store and spend twice as much as your busted disc.
Summary: My son asked his aunt for this game for Christmas. I knew that the new portal was needed but how would I know amazon would sell it separately when everywhere else had them together. His aunt has no little kids and had no way of knowing. Amazon should have had it clearly stated.
