Summary: This is one of the best arcade-style games I have ever played on a console. The multi-player function is the real appeal here, and the players must not only develop their personal skills, but their ability to work together in order to truly succeed at this game. There are two single player modes, for extreme challenge, but the real fun of this game is being able to cat-call your wing-man after losing a hard level.
Conclusion: I played the demo to this game. It was wack. It's just another opportunity to milk the nfl and madden license. There are only 4 choices on offense and defense, so you end up doing the same play over and over again. The graphics are weak. The game is a bite off of blitz. It isn't even as good as blitz. It's a waste of money. The game is wack. There really is no difference in the team you choose. The teams basically play the same. There really is no poiont to the game.
Summary: Schizoid is truly one of the best co-op games I have ever played. The single player plays just like co-op except there is an AI controlling the second player. The AI is pretty good, but you have to "follow" it in order to really do well. Co-op with another human player is where it's at, and where this game really excels.
Summary: Schizoid is one of my favorite Xbox Live Arcade games. I do not recommend it as a 1-player game, but it is an excellent 2-player game. The concept is very simple and addictive. The game is played via the top-down or bird's eye view perspective. One player is blue and can destroy all the blue enemies. One player is red and can destroy all the red enemies. The problem is, enemies of the wrong color are deadly to you!
Lots of fun if you have somebody to play it with!!

Excerpt: One of my favourite passtimes is digging out unique and innovative games that may have fallen by the wayside. Schizoid is one of these games, and is in fact some of the most fun I've had on an Xbox Live Arcade game yet. The basic premise is very different to most games, which are typically focused on 1) single player or 2) competitive multiplayer. Schizoid, on the other hand, is essentialyl 100% co-operative multiplayer.
Excerpt: The review I will be writing about today is schizoid. I got this game about a week after it came out for 800 Microsoft Points from the Xbox Live Marketplace. On with the review. This game is mainly for Co-Op play you and your partner have a ship which is blue or orange and you have to protect each other from the enemies but there's a twist the enemies are orange or blue which means that the blue ship can only kill the blue enemies and the orange ship can only kill the...
