Summary: This is awesome however its not a game but a true training aid to learn how to play a guitar. It takes that hard work out of learning but not the dedication. From experience I will say that if you don't practice then it wont work.
Summary: It's a great tool, I wouldn't recommend using it and it alone, but with free videos on YouTube, and I personally like the books, it is great for learning songs and applying techniques. The reason I won't give it 5 stars is the audio lag.
Summary: If you are beginning guitar player and don't plan on taking lessons from a teacher, do yourself a HUGE favor and buy this and do the tutorials. Although it's tempting to dive right into the songs, resist the urge and start the tutorials from the beginning and work your way up.

Summary: Wow..Let me start by saying, I am about to turn 52..still a woman that loves makeup, having my hair done and yet here I am waiting to get callouses on my left hand so I can play Rocksmith even better!
Summary: Rocksmith has been amazing for me. always wanted to learn to play the guitar and I'm actually doing it now. Fun songs, a great interface, and for the price you absolutely cannot beat it. One session with a guitar instructor wouod cost the same.

I learned some songs, I learned parts of songs that I couldn't figure out how to play, and some of the educational tools were good for...
Summary: I already had previous version w/cable, so this was great. While very helpful with guitar, it certainly is also very helpful for learning Bass, as I am doing that too. I suppose my only complaint is I wish there were more songs in more categories (years) instead of so much modern stuff (included on...
