Summary: these cymbals were a great addition to my rockband drumset...well, until they broke about a month or 2 in from regular play. i myself was the only one using them and each cymbal stopped working one by one. for the price i guess not bad.
Summary: The package says it's compatible with Rock Band, Rockband II and III but this isn't the case. The original rock band does not have the jacks to plug the cymbal into. It is difficult if not impossible to ascertain before purchase.
Summary: I'm just going to bottom line it for you. I play Expert Drums, so I wanted a better challenge, bought the symbol kit. It arrived on time. No problem there. I play a few easier songs without problem. Went to play "Mr. Brightside", if you dont know this song, theres a lot of rolls.
Summary: Well, they started out imo better than the rb2 cymbals. They were quieter, better looking, and had an angle that was a necessary addition. Though the angle is there; it's still not enough, I have busted through the edge of the rubber on blue.
Summary: EDIT: 11/23/10 (changes denoted by **) Note that this is written from the perspective of a player who mostly plays drums, and frequently plays alone (also known as practice). I was excited for RB3 - it was the first game I ever pre-ordered.
