    Capcom delivers another fantastic chapter in the Resident Evil universe. Classic horror series Resident Evil can only be reinvented so many times and no, this is not a reinvention of... Read more

    • + Cheesy fun story, + Beautiful graphics, + Tons of unlockables, + Great co-op play
    • Some AI problems, Controls can turn off some people, Inventory system is a tad dated

    I figured I would follow my Left 4 Dead review with a bit about Resident Evil 5, more zombies yay! I got the demo off of Xbox Live of course and played for quite a while to get screenshots, videos and impressions of the game... Read more

    "Resident Evil 5" is a brilliant achievement. It’s probably the best looking game on the 360, and only Gears 2 comes even close. It’s also got a great story that is a real treat for the fans, although newcomers may find... Read more

    Even with all the small problems, it was still a fun, enjoyable experience. Even with all its merits, and there are plenty, Resident Evil 5 is a disappointment. Read more

    • Exceptional graphics, solid single-player and co-op mode
    • Too many minor problems eventually pile up; not that scary either

    We haven't tried out the PS3 version, although the Xbox 360 edition proved to be more than satisfying, both in terms of graphics and gameplay. Read more

    • Co-op is the defining moment of innovation for the franchise, stunning visuals, monster design creepy as usual, terrific atmosphere, a great survival horror experience;
    • The single-player suffers on account of AI slip-ups, we expected more eye-openers in the game's narrative, not quite as replayable as RE 4.

    Its just amazing. The graphics are great and it runs so smooth. Anybody who enjoyed RE4 will love this game. It basically plays the same, except for the inventory is different, it doesn't pause the game which is what I used... Read more

    This is a stellar game. Whether you are a fan of the Resident Evil series or this is your first installment it is worth playing. At 20 bucks for the Gold Edition (comes with codes for all the DLC) this is a steal. Read more

    • Very fun and fast paced game, great when enjoying it with a friend. So far i've beaten this with my girlfriend and two of my other friends and it has been a blast every time. Very nice cut-scenes, sick action commands, and...
    • The off sided split screen got me at first, but didn't take too long to get used to. Fans of the "survival horror" aspect might be disappointed, it's more like playing through an epic action movie rather than being scared ...

    • Excellent graphics and videos, intuitive and easy gameplay, cooperative game mode included (online and local), great variety of weapons, many extra issues and challenges (game modes, character costumes and info, etc.)
    • The game isn't too long, you can finish it in a couple of days. As the review said, it hasn't the same feelling that first games have. The items & weapon shop makes the game easier when you are killed.
