Summary: NO COCKPIT VIEW! That's the first thing I had to tell you. The simple fact that Grid 1 did and this one doesn't; the simple fact that that the first one let me "run" a racing team and this one doesn't just knocks off a star for me. The game is really fun, really intense, and reminded me of MIdnight Club II. That's a good thing. However, I'm a racing buff, so cockpit view is pretty important. But the game has a million different gamemodes, split screen, and cool cars.
Summary: The graphics and the damages on cars are really good, but the driving is quite disappointing. The only way you'll manage the overtake your opponents is by drifting, and that for the entire game. I expected better of this game.
Summary: This is a great racing game, but I play all of my racing games with the old xbox 360 wireless racing wheel with force feedback. It doesn't seem like you can 'feel' the road as much as you can on other road racing games like Forza or Dirt. Whether you're a controller player, or a wheel player, the game is still fun...but has a steep learning curve. It is difficult to get used to how easy your car can lose control.
Summary: would be really nice if they had controller instructions for games!! Instructions for the game too, seems none of them come with instructions. They think everyone has played these but some people just started playing!! I had to find instructions on line and I still have a hard time figuring out what to do!
