Summary: This is a game that wants to be Gears. And it isn't. It's not TOO terrible, but it isn't too great. You'll find yourself confused and frustrated at times. But in the end, it CAN be kind of fun. It really depends on what you can tolerate. Graphics aren't too great, there are a few original concepts, and the story is kind of generic. But for what it is, it's not so bad. Don't expect anything fantastic though.
Summary: Gears of War this game tries to emulate but Gears of War it is not. That does not mean that this game is not a decent shooter because it is. At times you may want to nod off but you will want to find out what happens at the end. This is in the range of Gears of War but not quite the same. It is worth a buy for the price it is selling for.
Summary: Quantum Theory is the latest addition to the ever growing third person shooter genre. What makes this game stand out is the clear cut fact that the entire game is based off of one of the most successful third person shooter games ever released, "Gears of War". Trying to take what Gears of War did so many years ago and attempting to make it "fresh", "new" and "innovative", Quantum Theory adds its own unique flavor and twist to the Gears of War style. Does it work out?
