Summary: I have to admit, I have never been a fanboy of the Project Gotham series. Above-average visuals coupled with a physics engine that leaves much - very much - to be desired make these games more of a party game than a gaming phenomenon. PGR3 promised to be no different, and as I booted it up, I expected an almost exact repeat of the second title. My expectations were met, but with one little surprise.
Summary: It's dumb dumb munky boy writer again. I speak in plain everyday stupid English so I hope you like my reveiw: PGR3, what should I say. It's pleasant. It's a racing game. It's nothing special. Forza 2 has it beat. Graphics aren't bad but Forza 2's are better I think. I'd rather look at Forza 2. This game does start you out with a Atom(it's a concept car-like structure with a 300HP rear molded engine give or take Honda engine with extreme handling). Very cool.
If you want a racing simulator this is not for you.

Summary: I hated the game at first because the last racing game I loved was GT4, which is pretty hard to compete with. PGR3 is gorgeous, with lots and lots of eye candy but gameplay could be better. Some of the scores in the game are based on drifting, but drifting doesn't fit with the types of cars and tracks in the game. However, I did eventually get into the game and I now like it. However, online play is less than spectacular. It's fun, but way too easy.
Summary: i would give project gotham 2 a 4 out of five. but pgr 3 was not much of an improvement. infact i think they took away some great features. first of all the took out almost all of the regular cars and replaced them with only exotics. with the acception to maybe the mustangs and corvettes. in general if your buying this game you need to buy it so you can drive cars you'll probably never get to drive.
Summary: Game sounds like it's pure excitement from the description, but I found it to be far from it. It takes a long time to earn enough cash to buy the cars that actually make the game a little fun. It's hard to convince yourself to drive slow enough to corner properly. However, if your patient you might find this to be a great racing game.
Summary: The game play is rather dull and definitely does not have the simulation like feel like Forza or Gran Turismo... It's more of a hybrid I'd say and mainly requires you to be really good at drifting and braking... There's really not too many cars, but all are good and fast.. And thats where the game falls short on challenging the player b/c you don't start off from the bottom and work your way up, rather, you start off in the middle and work your way up -- which is rather...
Conclusion: PGR3, is a rush job, its very pretty to look at but as a gamer who has enjoyed the previous editions I feel let down. The single player is so very, very easy. Having taken nearly a year to complete PGR2 I was really looking forward to PGR3 …. 12 hours of game play and its done … details within the game have been missed countless glitches have been found. Simple things like lap times on the online play are none existent. You have no idea who is talking during a race.
