Summary: PES 2010 is a great game, you play it with your friends all day, cups, leagues, champion league, customize your own player and live the experience. Bad point: Online doesn't work, Konami's servers are off. Pros: Best fun with your friends.
Summary: being a PES fan forever. 2010 version is very good in terms of motion and image quality. if you played PES before, there is nothing I can say, great game, great quality. havent tried PES 2011 yet, not sure which one is better.
Summary: My husband is very happy with his purchase. We follow lots of international soccer, so this game is perfect for him. I hear him and a friend enjoying it right now in the next room. Good buy for a soccer fan, especially in a World Cup year.
Summary: it is a good game, but i think i still prefer the 2009... besides the characters are only alike in the more popular teams or national teams, and the ones from Chile, are not that well alike. i mean, it is a very good game, but it does have some problems in the gameplay...
Summary: PES 2010 is far from perfect so I will start with some glaring annoyances in the game. The goalkeepers in general are just not all to clever but from time to time the goalkeeping AI goes totally awol.
Excerpt: Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 has always been in the shadows of FIFA but with there newest installment of the football game can they actually beat it? Well in my opinion Pro Evolution Soccer has certainly gave it a run for its money with a whole new perspective.
Pros: Sounds and looks great, Endless game modes and the realism of real life players .
Cons: Not many skills and not enough power behind shots or long passes .
Excerpt: Lets face it: EA's Fifa has overshadowed Pro Evo in recent times, mainly due to Fifa's increasingly fluid gameplay mixed with the official licenses that PES simply can't offer. Fans have accused PES of living in the past with few-and-far-between gameplay changes and graphics that are inferior to...
Pros: Ball control, passing and shooting all feel great and game is graphically stunning .
Cons: Some changes are for the worse, and the online aspect hasn't improved at all .
Excerpt: I play this game alot, almost every day 4 months back. Last years version of this game has been improved. Best change they have done is take away easy goals. You cant run and turn back and fool your defender any more. Player models look better to. Graphics are quite impressive, very very realistic.
Pros: great longevity, great graphics, fun modes and excellent gameplay
Excerpt: Sega versus Nintendo. Mario versus Sonic. Drinking Coke versus eating a bag of sugar. Like all the best disputes of the last couple of decades, the battle for football-gaming supremacy between Pro Evolution Soccer and FIFA is in equal parts endless and tedious.
Pros: A few welcome additions, strong gameplay, some improvements . . .
Summary: But probably not quite as good as FIFA and this is from a pro evo fan since 1998! The graphics are better but nothing feels particularly smooth despite the 360 dribbling, whilst the keepers spill too many shots into the path of strikers for clumsy goals.
