Conclusion: And in these buildings called arcades not only did they house multiple Video Games but Pinball machines as well :) This a great game for it's price and is great when you have guests or family over to the house: Anyone with a working set of hands can enjoy pinball. It has been out for several years and the publisher still makes new pinball boards (or pinball machines as it were) for you to play on from time to time. Good clean fun.
Excerpt: Since I was a young man, I played the silver ball, so I have a decided interest in checking out videogame versions of pinball. Now I know that no videogame can really capture the visceral experience of playing a pinball machine, but it can still be fun to aim the virtual pinball at ramps and targets and strive to unleash the excitement of multiball.
Summary: Pinball FX is a three-table pinball simulator from Hungarian developer, Zen Studios. It offers a standard set of pinball-related features, but it also makes some interesting deviations from the old digital pinball formula. All the pieces are in place, but unfortunately, this Xbox Live Arcade game's most prominent components are its shoddy ball movement and lackluster table design. Your control over the pinball machines in Pinball FX is the same across all tables.
Pros: Good online mode, healthy leaderboards, passable table variety
Cons: Generic table designs grow old quickly, ball movement never feels realistic, sound effects aren't very good, nudging controls don't allow for any sort of finesse
