Pinball FX 2: Marvel Pinball - Avengers Chronicles

oxmonline.com
27 June 2012
  • Excerpt: It's been a while since we saw new Pinball FX 2 DLC — but boy, was it worth the wait. The four-table Avengers Chronicles collection ranks among the finest of the 30-plus tables released to date. World War Hulk (shown above) is a joyous playground for players who like ramp combos (and smashing things), and the Thor-heavy Fear Itself table features an unusual accelerator loop below the flippers.
  • Pros: + Some of the best, most technical tables yet for, + Infinity Gauntlet table bends reality in just the right crazy ways.
  • Cons: ? Can we get an option to turn our HDTVs on their side for vertical play?

It will never really be quite the same for the people old enough to remember when they were the only things in arcades, but for the generation that followed, for those who played pinball as well as video games like Double Dragon , Street Fighter II and AfterBurner , a...

Gamers Daily News
7 December 2010
  • Summary: Four tables for 800 MSP/$10 USD means each one costs about $2.50, which is a fair price for a set of tables that make excellent use of the Marvel licenses and are fun to play.

Ready Up
13 December 2010
  • Summary: Imagine if they were able to combine the addictiveness of Pringles, Heroine, Gambling and Sugar... and then slapped Stan Lee's face on the whole thing. Marvel Pinball does just that. This is my third time into Zen Studios' pinball world (in case you hadn't heard) and it never gets old. The joy of beating highscores and flicking that shiny silver ball around my screen is just as satisfying now as it was on day one.
