Pros: Xzibit is in it, decent, if slightly short roster of hip-hop songs
Cons: Constant repetition of the same boring minigames quickly turns the game into a grind, driving mechanics are overly loose and sloppy, the actual ride-pimping process borders on thoughtless busywork, awful voice acting from the customers, it's a short single-player-only game with no replay value
Summary: The popular MTV show Pimp My Ride has been turned into a not so popular game. For anyone that has not watched the TV series, it simply involves finding teenagers that drive what can best be described as scrap metal and turning it into something pimp. Making a car “pimp” involves adding every over the top feature imaginable, from massive spoilers, spinning wheel rims, glittering car paint or even a hot tub on the roof.
Pros: Moderately good graphics, Easy achievements, A good track list
Cons: Horrific, repetitive gameplay, No replay value whatsoever, It is just plain bad
Summary: Sports from across the pond are never as big as the likes of football, tennis or snooker over here in England. American football hasn’t took off, neither has basketball, baseball or ice hockey. But, EA always decide to release titles on sports from America over here in Europe, and one sport I’ve never seen any enjoyment in whatsoever is NASCAR. Sure it’s fast and furious, but what’s so fun about watching 40+ cars speeding around an oval racetrack at over 100mph?
Pros: Good fun for a few hours, Addictive soundtrack, Some great crashes
Cons: It won't appeal to non-NASCAR fans for long, Shoddy car visuals, Slow down problems
