Summary: The overall game is alright, if you put the game on mute. The voice acting sounds like the designers hired a cast of pre-teens to voice the characters. Game play is a typical hack and slash, run around and attack hords of enemies. Do not buy this game unless the one you buy can be dubbed in Japanese.
Summary: This game really just seems like a mix of Diablo and the worst hack and slash game ever. You fight wave after wave of enemies and have to run everywhere which takes forever. The only good feature is the controls and the versatility of the characters. every character has different attacks. They all have completely different fighting styles and have different strengths and weakness'.
Summary: Ninety-Nine Nights is a similar look towards Diablo. The game is hack and slash, and that's really about it.The game's storyline is somewhat lame. There really is no story at all. Just little cutscenes showing people talking, and even then, the voice acting is very poor. The sounds are all the same, and the thing you hear most of all throughout the entire game, is UGH UGH UGH, the sound of 30+ enemies getting hit by you.Next there is the gameplay.
Conclusion: Played the demo on X-box live, thought this looks great, all the characters on screen at once, huge battles, this is what Kameo promised but didn't deliver. But alas... very shallow gameplay, consisting of button bashing to kill hundreds of goblins and other such creatures. Numerous faults, scenery whilst looking fantastic is actually no more than a backdrop... you can look but you can not explore...
Conclusion: This game is poor to say the very least. Just to say that this game isn't even worth a rental as it really is that bad I hate it, and I have to say that it is going straight back in the post box as soon as possible.
Summary: This game promised a lot and delivered very little. The story is quite dull and seems to be a mashing of every fantasy story ever written. Primary problems come in the form of the fighting style, it took me a long time to figure out that really this game is about forgetting all about your army and just mashing combos and hoping you manage to kill everything before you die.
Conclusion: Even at this price it is not worth a fiver graphics are bad it laggs bad and there are only about 2 combos very boring if you want a blistered button bashed thumb then by this utter garbage
